I'm officially back on the west coast! I took a trip to Tahoe the weekend I got back before doing some intense studying for my board exam at the end of January. It feels good to be back on the same time zone as the bf but it's another adjustment we have to make. Enjoy some photos of Tahoe.

where young people go to retire

Had a week off between the end of spring semester and the start of summer clinical rotations so Jon and I decided to go to Portland! We road tripped up there (10hrs!) and brought our bikes. Jon has been revamping my bike for the past year to make it less fixie and more classic. We had a list of food (and bike) places to check out. Most of my food pics are on my Instagram.

Day 2 // Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Ace Hotel, Blue Star Donuts, waterfalls, Country Cat, Kinfolk, Salt & Straw, Nhong's Khao Man Gai, Velo Cult (again)
Day 3 // BIKE DAY!!! Tasty n Sons, Pearl District, Powell's Books, West End Bicycles, Poler Outdoor Stuff, Tanner Goods, Snow Peak, boutiques, River City Bicycles, Por Que Non, Hopwork's Urban Brewery, Pix Patisserie
Day 4 // Stumptown, Brunch Box



Portland is an amazing city! Everyone is so friendly, huge bike culture, cheap and good food, inexpensive living, NO TAX! Seriously thinking of moving to Portland in the future.
