Anywho, the boyfriend came to visit the end of September. Finally getting around to editing and posting pictures since Hurricane Sandy has closed school. Gives me some extra time to do things for myself. I just hope the power doesn't go out.
This is from our Saturday spent together. We did the Capital Bikeshare daily membership for $7 and biked around the city. It was so fun! I highly recommend it. It's a fun and cheap way to get around the city. Plus you get to see more things than if you were traveling via Metro. If your bike trip goes over 30 minutes, then you have to pay an additional fee. But, since there are so many Capital Bikeshare stations around the city, we just parked our bikes before we hit 30 minutes and got a new code for another 30 minute ride. We went to so many places. Oohh's and Aahh's, District Taco, Old Post Office clock tower, up and down Pennsylvania Ave, Georgetown, Smithsonian Mall, and ended at District Pi on F St where we enjoyed a few classes of quality beer and pizza. It was so fun to spend the day with the boyfriend. Makes me miss him even more.
